🔄 Cancellation Policy
💳 Secure payment by credit card via Stripe after confirmation. If eligible for a refund, it will be returned to the original card within 5 to 10 business days.
🔐 Security deposit of €80 — a few days before your arrival, we will send you a secure Stripe link by email to register a bank authorisation. Nothing is charged: the amount is simply held on your card and released after your departure, once the parking badge and pool wristbands are returned and the apartment is left in good condition.
🛏️ Bed linen & towels — not included in the base rate. Optional add-ons available:
🧹 Cleaning — not included in the stay. Please return the apartment clean upon departure: dishes washed and put away, bins emptied, vacuuming done. Any additional cleaning cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
🚭 Strictly non-smoking apartment.
